Product returns

The customer has the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order and if this is done without using the products and with the simultaneous shipment of all accompanying items (retail receipt, product card, etc.) and after having previously informed us in each case about the return via email to info@triantafilloudermatina.gr. Changes are NOT accepted without the proof of purchase and the product tab. The return costs of the products are borne by the customer and the return is made with the courier company of his choice. In case the use of the products is ascertained, they will be sent again to the customer. In case all the terms of the return have been met, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund (which will be made exclusively through a bank after consultation with our company) or the new product of his choice.

In case the customer notices that a product has not been included in his order or is defective, he must immediately inform the company about the event in order to replace or refund the amount corresponding to the product. Changes, replacements or refunds can only be made within 14 days of receiving the order from the customer. After this period no change, replacement or refund is possible.

Order Cancellation - Changes

The user has the opportunity before completing the order to go to the previous page and remove the products from his cart. Once the order is completed, the user can, after consultation with our company, return his product within 14 days from the date of delivery. In a period of offers or discounts can be made only during this period. Seasonal products (Christmas) can not be exchanged after the end of the festive season (changes will be accepted until December 31 of the year purchased and only if this date falls within the time limit of changes, ie within 14 days of receipt of the product ) If the order is received after the end of the offers or discounts or Christmas holidays there is the possibility of change up to five working days from the day of receipt of the package by the customer. In order for such a return to be accepted, the product must not have been used in any way, its condition must be perfect and it must be accompanied by all its proofs (labels, receipt, etc.)
